Strong backs and hardy souls
A bunch of us showed up Sunday afternoon and went to work. By the end of the day all of our (now permanent) beds had a good layer of compost from Short’s Family Farm in Chimacum. Tea and lemon bars served by Peg in the hoop house while it hailed and rained. We cover it all up with silage tarps again for another few weeks transforming cover crop into organic matter.
